2. Website access and hosting
Our website is hosted using Namecheap EasyWP (WordPress hosting). When the website is accessed, technical information such as IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, browser information and server response data may be processed to deliver the website, maintain stability, identify technical issues and protect against abuse. Processing is based on our legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical records are retained only as long as needed for these purposes, subject to the hosting provider's actual logging policy and legal retention obligations.
Information about the relevant hosting entity, its processing locations, subprocessors and any international data transfers must be checked against the applicable EasyWP agreement and data processing terms. Where required, appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR apply.
3. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us, we process your contact details and the content of your enquiry to respond and handle the business relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual steps, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business enquiries. We delete information when no longer required for the relevant purpose, unless retention duties apply.
4. Cookies and external services
This theme itself does not add analytics trackers, third-party fonts, advertising pixels or an embedded contact form. WordPress, EasyWP and any plugins you enable may nevertheless use technical cookies or additional services. Strictly necessary storage may be used to operate the site; services requiring consent must not be activated before obtaining valid consent where legally required. This policy must be updated if analytics, maps, videos, external fonts, embedded forms or other plugins are enabled.
5. Recipients of data
Technical service providers, particularly our hosting provider, may process data on our behalf as required for operating the website. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities if legally required. We do not sell contact enquiries to third parties.
6. Storage and deletion
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Statutory commercial and tax retention periods may apply to relevant business correspondence. Exact server-log retention periods depend on the hosting configuration and must be confirmed with the provider.
7. Your GDPR rights
Where the relevant legal requirements are met, you may request access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) or object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time where consent is the legal basis. Contact us at the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Our website should be accessed through an encrypted HTTPS connection; certificate and hosting configuration require ongoing maintenance.
9. Policy changes
We may revise this notice if the website's functionality, hosting arrangements or legal requirements change.
Before publication, confirm the actual hosting/subprocessor details, international transfer safeguards, server-log retention, SSL status and all active WordPress plugins. This is a baseline notice for the simple corporate site described above, not a verified inventory of all processing.
